What is the purpose?
The purpose of this website is to bridge the gap between tourism professionals and academia. Tourism journals present a wealth of information that can be used by tourism businesses to improve their strategies, management and operations. However, many journals end up in libraries only to be read by students. The goal of this website is therefore to structure and present such information in a way that makes it more accessible for tourism professionals.
About us
Tourism Insight is published by Dalfelt Insight Publications, a privately owned company that has been working with tourism development since 2001. Located in Norway, it also manages Reiselivskunnskap, a B2B tourism news service. We are currently establishing an office in New York, USA.
